Select Agadir Downtown or Agadir Hotels when those points are available for your chosen model. These are service locations for arranging collection, not a claim that PAFRENT has a staffed office inside each hotel or neighbourhood.
Details to send for a smooth handover
- Accommodation and address: give the full hotel or residence name and the intended entrance.
- An accessible meeting point: agree where the vehicle can stop safely for the handover.
- A reachable phone number: include the country code and keep the booking reference available.
- Your preferred time: enter it in the booking, then wait for the team’s confirmation.
Ask your accommodation about vehicle access and parking if you are unsure. Hotel delivery is an arrangement with the rental team; the hotel is not automatically a booking agent or a PAFRENT office. Contact us to check your address before relying on a specific entrance or collection point.
Return at your hotel or continue to the airport
A city collection does not require you to assume the same return point. Select the supported return location you actually intend to use. If you will drive to your departure flight, compare an Agadir Airport return when searching, so any different-location charge appears in the price.
Changing the return point later needs agreement from the team. Keep time for the handover before leaving for the terminal or your next destination; a booking does not change automatically when your travel plans change.
Choosing a car for a city handover
Check passenger numbers and luggage before choosing by price. A compact model may be practical for a couple, while larger bags or a pushchair can make boot space the deciding factor. Read the transmission and fuel details in the fleet comparison, and use the live search to check availability for the whole period.
If you only need the car for part of your stay, use those exact dates rather than assuming a longer reservation can be shortened without discussion. Every started 24-hour period counts as a day, and the car’s minimum rental duration still applies.
No deposit and insurance: two different things
- Security deposit: no cash deposit or security hold on your card.
- Included insurance: Full Insurance with Excess. Check the selected vehicle for its excess amount and the rental terms for exclusions.
- Optional zero-excess cover: only when offered for the selected vehicle, subject to its conditions and a minimum seven-day insurance charge. It is not available on every model.
- Fuel: return the car with the same fuel level recorded at collection.
- Driver: at least 21 years old, with a driving licence held for at least one year.

Check the collection price before confirming
Do not assume every address or route is free. Review the vehicle total, selected cover, Extras and any location charges shown for your choices. PAFRENT offers no-security-deposit rental, with payment on collection by cash or TPE card terminal. Any configured card surcharge is displayed when that method is selected.
Your first email acknowledges a Pending request; the team sends a separate email when the booking is confirmed. Bring your driving licence and identity document, and make sure the nationality and contact details entered online are accurate.
