What PAFRENT means by no deposit
PAFRENT does not require a security deposit in cash or a security-deposit hold on your bank card. That is different from the price of hiring the car: you still pay the rental amount and the options included in your booking. This distinction matters when comparing car rental in Agadir with offers that require money to be held separately as security.
You can arrange Agadir Airport collection or choose a supported city location for your dates. The same practical checks still apply: vehicle availability, driver requirements, insurance, payment method and the agreed return arrangements.
Deposit, rental payment and insurance excess are different
- Security deposit
- Money held as security, separately from the rental price. PAFRENT does not require this as cash or a security-deposit card hold.
- Rental payment
- The amount due for the car, selected cover, Extras and applicable fees. Payment is made on collection.
- Insurance excess
- The amount you may remain responsible for under the chosen cover and rental conditions. No deposit does not by itself mean zero excess or unrestricted cover.
Read the selected plan and the rental terms before deciding. Ask the team to explain any exclusions or liability that is unclear. Do not assume that glass, tyres, keys or every other type of damage is covered simply because a plan is called full insurance.
Pay by cash or card on collection
Choose cash or TPE card payment at review. The current booking flow records your choice and does not charge your card online. Selecting cash leaves the cash quote unchanged. When a card surcharge is configured, selecting TPE displays the additional amount and updated total before submission.
Read the final amount for your own booking rather than relying on an example from another date or car. The configured percentage may change, so this guide does not advertise a fixed surcharge. Ask the rental team in advance if you have a payment question.
Compare the full cost on equal terms
- Use the same pick-up and return dates, times and locations for each quote.
- Check the vehicle price and chosen insurance separately.
- Review Extras and any route or service charges shown in the summary.
- Check the selected payment method and the total including tax.
- Confirm the driver requirements and return instructions.
Every started 24-hour period is charged as a rental day. Optional insurance can have a seven-day minimum charge even when the car is hired for fewer days. These rules affect the total, not whether a security deposit is required. Compare the available vehicle models for passenger space and transmission as well as price.
Does submitting a request guarantee the car?
No. Your request first has Pending status and you receive an acknowledgement email. The team reviews it and sends a separate confirmation when approved. If the selected car cannot be confirmed, contact PAFRENT about alternatives or search again. Keep your booking reference when contacting the team.
What should I prepare for collection?
Bring a valid driving licence and a passport or identity document. The booking form asks for your full name, nationality, email, telephone with country code and date of birth. A flight number can help with airport planning. Ask about any driver eligibility condition that you are unsure of before making travel arrangements.

Choose insurance separately from the deposit policy

What to check in a no-deposit offer
Ask whether the offer removes both a cash security deposit and a card hold, when the rental payment is due, and what excess remains for the selected vehicle. Request the exclusions and optional cover price in writing. At PAFRENT, no security deposit does not remove the rental payment or the excess under the included insurance. Compare those terms alongside the total, not the headline alone.
