- Rental details: pick-up and return locations, dates and times, vehicle choice, insurance option and requested Extras.
- Customer and driver details: full name, nationality, email address, telephone number with country code and date of birth. These are marked as required in the customer form.
- Optional travel details: flight number and, when an additional driver is requested, that driver’s name and date of birth.
- Enquiries and correspondence: your name, email, telephone number if supplied, message subject, message and information you choose to share when discussing a rental.
Required fields are identified in the relevant form. Without the necessary details, we may be unable to process your request or contact you. Optional fields can help with collection and travel arrangements.
Provide accurate information and only what is needed for your request. If you supply another driver’s details, make this policy available to that person. Do not send passwords, card security codes or unnecessary identity-document copies in a general enquiry.
3. Proč údaje používáme
We use the information to answer enquiries, assess rental requests and driver eligibility, communicate about availability and confirmation, arrange collection and return, and handle changes, cancellations and customer support.
Rental records also allow us to respond to lawful requests from the police and the competent traffic-violations authority concerning a vehicle or rental period. A form-validation message or acknowledgement is not itself a confirmed reservation; please also read our Rental Terms.
4. Platební údaje
The current rental flow offers cash or payment through the company’s TPE card terminal at collection or delivery. It does not take an online card payment. A selected payment method and any displayed service fee are different from your card number or card security code. Do not send those card details through an enquiry form or message.
5. Sdílení údajů
Tým Pafrent používá údaje zákazníků k organizaci a správě pronájmu a k odpovědím na dotazy. Příslušné údaje o pronájmu a řidiči mohou být na základě zákonné žádosti poskytnuty úřadu pro dopravní přestupky nebo policii. Každé takové sdělení musí souviset s žádostí a platnými právními požadavky.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your communication also uses WhatsApp’s service and is subject to its own privacy terms. Email and telephone communications likewise involve the communications services used. Share only the details necessary for your enquiry.

The website uses HTTPS for the connection between your browser and the site. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in messages.

Under Morocco’s Law 09-08, you may request access to personal information about you, correction of inaccurate information and object to processing on legitimate grounds. Erasure or blocking of improperly processed information depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
Send your request to contact@pafrent.com, explaining what you need and providing enough information to identify the relevant booking or enquiry. Do not include unnecessary identity documents in your initial message.
