Estas condiciones explican cómo solicitar y organizar un coche de alquiler con Pafrent a través de pafrent.com. Léelas junto con la confirmación de la reserva, las condiciones del seguro elegido y el contrato de alquiler antes de recoger el vehículo.

2. Requisitos del conductor
Cada conductor debe tener al menos 21 años y debe haber tenido un permiso de conducir válido durante al menos un año al inicio del alquiler. Presenta el permiso válido y el pasaporte o documento de identidad al recoger el vehículo.
Facilita datos exactos del conductor y de contacto. Si solicitas un segundo conductor, proporciona la información requerida durante la reserva. El conductor adicional debe cumplir los mismos requisitos mínimos de edad y permiso y presentar documentos válidos.
3. Solicitudes y confirmación de la reserva
Search using your actual pick-up and return locations, dates and times. A vehicle shown in the fleet catalogue is not necessarily available for every trip. Guest booking is available; an account is not required.
A price search, form-validation result or acknowledgement of a Pending request is not a confirmed reservation. Wait for Pafrent’s separate confirmation before relying on the booking. Check the confirmed model, locations, dates, times, selected cover and Extras, and contact us promptly if a detail is incorrect.
4. Periodo de alquiler y entrega
Each started 24-hour period is charged as a full rental day. There is no grace period in this calculation: for example, three days and one extra hour are charged as four days. Minimum rental periods can depend on the model and the dates and are applied in the availability search.
Agree the exact collection and return meeting points with the team. A location name does not necessarily indicate a staffed rental desk. Enter realistic collection times, check the relevant location’s hours and tell us if your flight or travel plans change. A flight number is optional but can help with airport arrangements.
5. Precios, pago y alquiler sin depósito
Los precios mostrados incluyen impuestos. Revisa el importe completo para tus fechas, incluido el vehículo, la cobertura elegida, los extras y cualquier tarifa aplicable por devolución en otra ubicación. El presupuesto muestra la moneda utilizada.
El pago se realiza al recoger o recibir el vehículo, en efectivo o mediante el terminal TPE de la empresa. El proceso de reserva actual no cobra la tarjeta en línea. Si existe una comisión TPE, aparece con el total actualizado al elegir ese método.
Pafrent no exige depósito de seguridad en efectivo ni bloqueo en una tarjeta bancaria. La ausencia de depósito no elimina el pago del alquiler ni las responsabilidades previstas en el seguro y el contrato aplicables.
6. Seguro y extras opcionales
El seguro estándar está incluido. You may instead select the optional Seguro a todo riesgo – Franquicia cero plan offered for your vehicle during booking.
With Full Insurance, the excess is reduced to EUR 0 in the event of damage or an accident, in accordance with the rental and insurance terms. Coverage includes breakage of one front windscreen and one tyre only during the rental period.
El seguro a todo riesgo no cubre:
- Cualquier daño adicional en el parabrisas o los cristales.
- Cualquier rueda, neumático o pinchazo adicional.
- Daños causados por un conductor no registrado en el contrato de alquiler.
- Daños causados por usar el combustible incorrecto.
- Llaves del coche perdidas o dañadas.
- Documentos del vehículo perdidos o dañados.
Price per chargeable insurance day, according to the vehicle category:
- Economy cars, such as the Dacia Sandero: EUR 10 per day.
- Dacia Jogger, Dacia Duster, Renault Express and Citroen C3 Aircross: EUR 15 per day.
- Kia Sportage and Volkswagen T-Roc: EUR 20 per day.
- Volkswagen Touareg: EUR 45 per day.
Se cobra un mínimo de siete días de seguro. If your rental is shorter than seven days, Full Insurance is still billed for seven days. This insurance minimum is separate from the vehicle’s minimum rental period. For example, Full Insurance for a four-day economy-car rental costs EUR 70, in addition to the car rental price.
Vehicle availability and the applicable insurance rate are confirmed for the model you select. Review the booking summary and these coverage limits before choosing Full Insurance; zero excess does not remove the exclusions above.
Optional Extras are charged as shown in the booking summary. Check their availability and suitability for your needs before booking.
7. Fuel and mileage
Fuel: same to same. Return the car with the same fuel level recorded at collection. Check and record the level with the team at handover. This is not necessarily a full-to-full arrangement.
Mileage is unlimited. No kilometre allowance limits the distance included in the rental. Fuel remains separate from the rental price.
8. Free cancellation and booking changes
Cancellation is free of charge. To cancel, contact contact@pafrent.com, call +212676804344 or use WhatsApp, and provide your booking reference so the team can identify the request and confirm the cancellation.
Changes to the dates, vehicle, locations, drivers or selected options must be arranged directly with Pafrent. A revised itinerary can change availability and the quoted total. Obtain confirmation of the revised arrangement before relying on it. Public self-service changes and cancellations are not currently available.
9. Vehicle condition and return
Check the vehicle’s condition with the team at collection and report any discrepancy. Return it at the agreed place and time with the agreed fuel level. Contact us before the return time if you need to extend the rental or change the handover; an extension is subject to confirmation and availability. Additional time is calculated under the 24-hour rule above.
Use the vehicle in accordance with road traffic rules, its insurance conditions and the rental agreement supplied for your booking. Contact the team promptly about an accident, breakdown or damage and follow the applicable reporting instructions.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ask for clarification of any condition before accepting the rental agreement.
